About the Maker
Bobbie Tiedt Donohew is an emerging watercolor artist from Akron, Ohio who specializes in painting rural scenery, vintage botanicals, and antique pottery. She takes her inspiration from the beauty of the rural Ohio countryside, and the picturesque North Carolina seashore. Her work borders on photorealism with a touch of whimsical fun.
Born in Parma, Ohio, Bobbie studied art in the Parma City School System but spent her 42-year career in the health care field as a Long Term Care Financial Consultant. Bobbie is newly retired and is looking forward to happy, healthy years with a paintbrush and coffee cup in hand. She welcomes requests for commissioned work.
