The Art Escape

I'm Becca Myers and I'm a “Librarian by day, artist by night”. I have always been involved in art but over 6 years ago, I saw a "Pin" that showed printing from your computer onto a book page. I looked at that and thought "Huh, I wonder if I can draw on book pages?" and the rest is history!
I started off with just dictionaries but it has morphed into much more than that! I now use all types of books and basically any ephemera I can get my hands on. There is always some sort of connection between the actual page and the drawing. I hand-draw these images first with a pencil and complete the details with archival pens that will not fade or bleed over time.
